https://pony.tube/videos/watch/3f9e87c2-43af-4a99-b29d-806714a56245 Twilight and co head off to Manehattan to visit Babs, leaving the Cutie Mark Crusaders in charge of the castle. Scarlet takes the oppertunity for a break and joins them, but her past is catching up with her, and unfriendly eyes have once again settled on Pony-Ville as the second reign of steel is nigh. I wanted to depict a full scale Darkling invasion, explore their tech and expand on what we had already seen. Now, it's worth mentioning, much like most seasons of FIM, that there would be episodes between Impossible Sisters and this, but since that never happened, we jump right in, which is why things seem further along than they should. This doesn't excuse the poor pacing if the episode itself, though. I know I'm rather flat in this recording. I was still coming out of a bad cold. I did re-take some lines to fix the flattest readings, but it is still a little rough, I understand. However, the recording for part 2 is much smoother, and so is the story. Yes, I'm one of the old guard, as you can probably tell by these fanfics. Here's to another happy 14 years.
