I think the repetitious dialogue, plus the fact people were talking outside, and the dogs were barking, made me lose a bit of my spark. If you wanna watch it on mute, and imagine the voices, I understand...in fact, I encourage it.
The 2014 version of this story (from what I remember) is much stronger, and actually has the main meat of the story not be a girl clearly needing therapy. Hopefully, I'll be a bit more chirpy when I read that. I suppose the 2013 era ones are more of a ""just get through it" thing. Let's just chalk it up to a compounding of reasons that lessoned my cocal performance somewhat.
